Coaching Conversations

A typical coaching programme includes a minimum of six 60–90-minute sessions over three to six months. The space between sessions is just as important as the sessions themselves, giving you time to reflect, experiment with new approaches and apply insights in real situations.

Reflection & Action

Between sessions, you'll have time to reflect, test new approaches and apply insights in real situations, building momentum at a pace that feels right for you.

Progress & Growth

We'll regularly review what's changing, what's emerging and where you want to focus next, ensuring the coaching remains relevant to your goals and priorities.

From start to finish, this is a collaborative journey. You set the destination, and I help you chart the course.
