I’m Becky. I’ve spent 30 years leading teams, 27 in recruitment, and the last stretch coaching people and organisations through real change. I know what it’s like to outgrow a role, to lead a team through uncertainty, and to maintain high performance without burning people out.
My work is simple: create clarity, build future-ready skills, and turn talk into traction. I’ve helped thousands navigate career shifts, leadership stretch and business pivots. I design practical tools, lead DEI strategies, and build systems that enable progress to be repeated. Careers should be human. Results should be sustainable. Both are non-negotiable.
