Why Reimagine Work?

I’m Becky. I’ve spent 30 years leading teams, 27 in recruitment, and more recently coaching people and organisations through real change. I know what it’s like to outgrow a role, to lead through uncertainty, and to maintain high performance without burning people out.

My work is focused and practical. I help create clarity, strengthen judgement and turn conversation into action. Over the years, I’ve supported people through career decisions, leadership stretch and business change, and I design tools and approaches that help progress be repeated, not just talked about.

Careers should be human. Results should be sustainable. Both matter.

Whether you’re navigating your own next move, bringing people with you through change, or upgrading capability across an organisation, you don’t need more noise. You need space to think, honest feedback and momentum you can sustain.
