I’ve spent over 25 years leading and developing people in recruitment and business, working at the intersection of performance, potential, and people.
Over that time, I’ve seen talented individuals lose direction, leaders stretched by constant change, and organisations trying to maintain their human culture as technology transforms how we work.
In 2018, I founded Positive Career Advice to help individuals rebuild their confidence and take ownership of their careers. What began as career support quickly evolved into something broader: helping individuals and leaders adapt, develop their capabilities, and build cultures ready for the future of work.
To explore the full journey behind this evolution, you can read my story here.
That journey became Reimagine Work, a space for reflection, challenge and growth for people and organisations navigating change.
How I Coach.
My coaching is calm, curious and practical.
I create space for people to think clearly, reconnect with what matters and make confident decisions, whether that means re-energising a career, redefining leadership or leading others through uncertainty.
I balance empathy with honest challenge and combine real leadership experience with evidence-based practice. This means I understand both the human side of change and the commercial realities that organisations face.

In organisations, my coaching helps leaders turn insight into impact. Together, we strengthen self-awareness, communication, and decision-making, enabling them to lead their teams through change with clarity and empathy.
For developing leaders, it offers a confidential space to step back, build confidence and grow the skills that help you bring people with you. Leadership can be lonely. Coaching provides the thinking space you rarely get, allowing you to lead with authenticity and purpose.

For professionals in transition, coaching helps turn reflection into direction. We build practical, achievable steps towards work that feels meaningful, relevant and aligned with who you are now.
Why I Do This.
Work shapes so much of who we are, and when we feel stuck, unseen or out of sync, it affects everything.
Coaching gives people and organisations time to pause, gain perspective and make decisions from a place of clarity and purpose.
When that happens, individuals grow, teams strengthen, and organisations become more adaptable, inclusive and resilient.
My Professional Practice.
I am completing ILM Level 7 training in Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching and working towards professional accreditation with the Association for Coaching.
I believe good coaching depends on reflection and rigour. My practice includes regular supervision, CPD and personal coaching, which keeps my work ethical, effective and evolving.
Beyond Work.
I live on the South Coast with my family and our springer spaniel, Molly, who ensures I get outside, move and laugh every day.
When I am not coaching, I am often by the sea, in our self-converted VW Campervan or writing about how people and organisations can adapt and thrive through change.
