How we work.
Clear ways to work together.
We work with individuals, leaders and organisations in different ways, depending on context and need.
The common thread is a focus on judgement, decision-making and leadership capability in real situations.
From here, you can explore the area most relevant to you.

Coaching and leadership programmes – what’s the difference?
We offer both leadership coaching and leadership development programmes. They are related but not the same.
Leadership programmes focus on shared learning, skills development and working on real organisational challenges together. Coaching is one-to-one, confidential and focused on your own leadership in practice.
Coaching can be included in a leadership programme, but it doesn’t have to be. Sometimes a programme is the correct answer in itself, and sometimes coaching is the right support in itself. We can decide that together.
A typical coaching programme includes a chemistry call, six 90-minute coaching sessions over three to six months, and a midpoint and final review. Sessions focus on real situations and decisions you are facing now, not abstract exercises.
What to expect when working together.
Most engagement begin with a conversation to understand context, goals and fit.
From there, we agree on an approach tailored to support your context and needs.
