For more than 25 years, I've worked in leadership, recruitment and people development, helping individuals, leaders and organisations navigate change, uncertainty and growth.
Alongside senior leadership roles, I've coached professionals, designed development programmes, built Future Skills initiatives and facilitated conversations around confidence, communication, visibility, leadership and the future of work.
Today, through Reimagine Work, I combine coaching, facilitation and real-world leadership experience to help people navigate modern work with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
