Becky Webber Career & Leadership Coach

I've spent more than 30 years leading, developing and supporting people through change.

Alongside coaching, I've held senior leadership roles in recruitment and business, helping individuals, leaders and organisations navigate growth, uncertainty and transformation.

Those experiences continue to shape how I coach, facilitate and support people today.

In 2018, I founded Positive Career Advice to help individuals rebuild confidence and take ownership of their careers. What began as career support evolved into something broader: helping individuals, leaders and organisations navigate change, develop capability and prepare for the future of work.

That journey became Reimagine Work, a space for reflection, challenge and growth for people and organisations navigating change.

30+ years leading teams and organisations through change and growth.

Professional coaching grounded in evidence, empathy and challenge.

Helping people and organisations prepare for the future of work.

Creating space for reflection, clarity and more intentional action.

Leadership experience meets coaching.

My coaching is informed not only by coaching frameworks and professional development, but by lived leadership experience.

I've led through organisational change, restructuring, acquisitions, private equity ownership, AI adoption, branch closures and significant periods of uncertainty.

These experiences taught me that leadership is rarely difficult because people lack capability.

More often, it's difficult because people, change and uncertainty rarely come with a manual.

How I coach.

My coaching is calm, curious and practical.

I create space for people to think clearly, reconnect with what matters and make confident decisions, whether that means navigating change, stepping into leadership, rethinking a career or working through uncertainty.

I balance empathy with honest challenge and combine real leadership experience with evidence-based coaching practice. This means I understand both the human side of change and the commercial realities organisations face.

Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, I help people explore their thinking, challenge assumptions and uncover the next steps that feel right for them.

The goal isn't to have all the answers.

It's to build the clarity, confidence and self-awareness needed to move forward with greater intention.

My clients include professionals navigating career change, leaders stepping into greater responsibility, and organisations investing in leadership capability and future readiness.

What I believe.

One thing I've learned over the years is that people rarely navigate change from a neutral starting point.

Whether we're stepping into leadership, changing careers or responding to uncertainty, we bring our own experiences, beliefs and assumptions.

That's why so much of my work focuses on creating space for reflection, clearer thinking and more intentional action.

Because often the issue isn't capability.

It's what gets in the way of it.

My professional practice.

I am currently completing ILM Level 7 Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring and working towards professional accreditation with the Association for Coaching.

My coaching practice combines more than 100 hours of dedicated coaching experience with over 30 years of leadership, mentoring and people development experience.

I believe effective coaching requires both reflection and rigour. My practice includes regular supervision, continuing professional development and personal coaching to ensure my work remains ethical, grounded and continually evolving.

Beyond work.

I live on the South Coast with my husband and our Springer Spaniel,  Molly.

Outside work, you'll usually find me walking by the sea, exploring in our campervan, spending time with family and friends, or simply enjoying the space to slow down and think.

Those quieter moments often remind me of something I see repeatedly in coaching and leadership: clarity rarely comes from rushing. It comes from creating enough space to notice what matters.
