Throughout my leadership career, I became increasingly interested in what happens when organisations ask people to adapt, evolve and embrace change.

Whether the change involved technology, AI, new ways of working, leadership transitions or shifting expectations, one thing became clear.

People don't experience change from a neutral starting point.

 

They bring their own experiences, beliefs, fears, habits and assumptions.

That's why I created a Future Skills Academy within a national recruitment business. 

Today, I bring that same thinking into workshops and talks designed to help people navigate the realities of modern work more confidently and intentionally.
